Description

Richmond, Indiana circa 1936

Hidden among the baggage wagons, a Pennsylvania Railroad plain clothes man spies two loiterers near the tracks west of the station. 5396’s bell starts ringing.
“She’s starting — that bull can’t see us on the engineer’s side — here it comes — follow me — grab the handrail — gimme your other hand — good — we’re on our way to St. Louis. Unseen.”

NO SIR! The Bull made a phone call. Indianapolis Union Station Cops are waiting.
